Dear Alterra Residents,

At their last meeting on October 23, 2025, the Board of Directors approved an amended version of the Association’s Enforcement Policy & Fine Schedule for a 28-day comment period. This was done to comply with new amendments to Civil Code sections 5850 and 5855 governing HOA enforcement procedures and the disciplinary measures that may be imposed in response to violations of an HOA’s governing documents.

This information and the language of the Proposed Rule Change is attached for your review. The Board will be reviewing the revised policy for official adoption at the regular session meeting on December 11, 2025 at 6:00pm via Zoom.

Please submit any comments on the proposed revisions to the Association’s community manager, Valerie Raboin, at vraboin@actionlife.com. If members do not submit comments prior to the meeting, they may provide comments during the Open Forum on December 11th.
