Dear Alterra Residents,

At the Board Meeting held on October 23, 2025, the Board approved the proposed home paint color schemes (attached) to be released for a 28-day community comment period.

We invite all residents to review the attached color schemes and share any feedback by December 10, 2025, via email to vraboin@actionlife.com. Homeowners are also welcome to attend the December 11, 2025 Board Meeting (via Zoom) to provide comments during Open Forum. The Board will review all homeowner feedback and consider formal adoption of the color specifications at the December 11, 2025 meeting.
