At the Board of Directors’ Regular Session Meeting held on September 11, 2025, the Board formally adopted the updated Paint Specifications for the Community’s Wrought Iron and Block Walls.

The approved specifications provide detailed requirements for repainting and maintenance of these community features. For your convenience, a copy of the full specifications is attached to this notice and the document is also available anytime in the Resident Portal under: My Community > Documents > Architectural > Paint.

We encourage all homeowners to review the attached document for reference when planning any work that may involve these surfaces.
