Dear Alterra Residents,

At the Board Meeting held on June 12, 2025, the Board of Directors approved the attached paint specifications for a 28-day member comment period. These specifications, prepared in partnership with Sherwin-Williams, will apply to any wrought iron fencing and block walls within the community—including those maintained by individual homeowners.

Having professional paint specifications ensures long-term durability, proper surface preparation, and the use of high-quality materials suited for our specific environment. This helps reduce maintenance costs over time and preserves the overall appearance and consistency of the community.

We encourage all residents to review the document and provide any comments vraboin@actionlife.com by July 9, 2025. Owners can also attend the next scheduled meeting (which will be held via Zoom) to provide their comments during Open Forum. The Board will review homeowner feedback and consider official adoption of the specifications at the next Board Meeting scheduled for July 10, 2025.
