Green algae / moss has been recently observed on several rooftops throughout the community. This type of growth is common but can impact both the appearance of the neighborhood and the condition of the roofing materials over time.

To maintain the overall curb appeal of the community, homeowners are kindly asked to inspect and clean their roofs as needed. A 30-day courtesy period is being provided for all properties to address this issue. Please ensure that any visible moss or algae is removed by May 30, 2025.

Following this period, management will begin routine inspections and may issue non-compliance notices to homes where the buildup remains.
